Having support and feeling someone’s in your corner is vital to your wellness journey. This can be from pouring your heart out to someone you trust, or seeing someone to help you grow and improve in your mental health. I am someone who struggles with telling people how I feel, and this may be you too. And it wasn’t until recently where my friend set me up with a social worker at school, who I can talk to about literally anything, with or without anyone knowing. If you are someone who needs to talk to someone, there are online therapists as well as school therapists and social workers, who you can contact. You deserve to have someone there for you.
